At Bourkes Bicycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items and accessories.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that bicycles and custom builds may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our service team via email or visit our retail location with your original proof of purchase to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
